Your Policy Review, clearly explained.
Know what you are submitting, what you will receive, and which questions to resolve first.
Cost and commitment
The current Policy Review is no cost. No card is requested and no subscription is started in this review flow. You upload documents and acknowledge the review’s limitations before choosing Generate report. Creating an account does not start processing.
What to prepare
- Company name, industry, revenue range, employee range, and operational context. Exact revenue and policy details are optional.
- At least one supported policy document. Start with policy wording and declarations; add endorsements, sublimit schedules, and the application or renewal questionnaire when available.
- PDF or DOCX preferred; TXT, PNG, and JPG are also supported. Maximum 50 MB per file. Save older .doc files as PDF or DOCX first.
You can proceed with an incomplete package. Missing documents are identified in the report and reduce confidence; an incomplete review cannot establish the full policy’s terms.
Time and delivery
Intake is a short company questionnaire; allow additional time to locate and upload your documents. Processing begins only after your confirmation and varies with document length, format, and service availability. There is no guaranteed turnaround. The fifteen-minute reading target refers to the finished executive report, not setup or processing.
Your results page provides the report and PDF download. A readiness questionnaire and Incident Action Card support follow-up with your leadership team.
Document access and privacy considerations
Your review and documents belong to your business organization. Access requires sign-in and the appropriate business permissions, or an active, authorized agency relationship. Platform-admin access to documents requires an audited, time-limited support-access grant. Documents are not published as public sample reports.
Document content is sent to an AI service for policy extraction and analysis. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share, or unrelated personal or sensitive records. This page does not promise that the AI provider never retains data or uses it for training.
A customer-document retention period and complete deletion procedure have not been specified here. Contact Cybantage before uploading if your organization requires written retention, deletion, or AI-processing terms. Revoking access cannot retrieve a copy someone has already downloaded, and previously fetched files may remain cached temporarily.
This is an operational overview, not a replacement for contractual terms or a formal privacy policy.
How findings are produced and checked
AI extracts policy requirements and conditions from your uploaded documents. Calculation rules then use your company inputs and industry assumptions to produce directional scenario estimates and limit comparisons. Scenario estimates are not additive and are not predictions of claim payments.
A citation is treated as verified only when its file, location, and quoted excerpt match the uploaded source—not because the AI expresses confidence. Items without verified sources are flagged for verification before reliance. You and your advisers should still check the underlying wording and endorsements.
This is an automated, AI-assisted review. Every report is not routinely reviewed by a human. It identifies conditions, possible gaps, and questions for your broker, carrier, and counsel; it is not legal advice or a coverage or claim determination.
